For one person, give the full name, date of birth if known, booking or jacket number, and an approximate booking date. Request the release date and time, disposition, releasing authority, and receiving agency as separate fields. Ohio law does not require the request to be in writing or require identification in ordinary cases, though a clear written request can aid delivery and clarification.
Route the court check by case type and place. Common Pleas General Division is the main felony court, while Warren County Court and the Mason, Franklin, and Lebanon municipal courts can hold misdemeanor or preliminary felony dockets. Warren County Release Status Tests

A person released from Lebanon Correctional Institution or Warren Correctional Institution follows ODRC records, not the Sheriff’s jail list. Federal and ICE transfers also use different locators. Facility location inside Warren County does not make every release a county-jail release.
ODRC labels require care. “APA Supervision” can mean the person has left prison but remains under Ohio Adult Parole Authority control. “Judicial Release” reflects action by the sentencing court. “Transitional Control” can involve a move into close community confinement before sentence expiration. Getting Home After Warren Release
Warren County Transit is the named public transportation resource, but it is not a guaranteed jail-release shuttle. Its operating hours, service area, reservation rules, fare, and trip availability must be checked for the date of travel. The local research did not identify a fixed release hour, public exit door, family waiting area, or dedicated ride service. Bond processing can also make the time hard to predict.
